Return & Refund Policy
At getENUF, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility for Returns Due to the nature of nutritional supplements and for health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed products in their original packaging. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery (in line with EU consumer rights).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In the same condition and original packaging as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used supplements
- Products returned after the 14-day return window
- Items not in their original packaging
Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@getenuf.com with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please email us at info@getenuf.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior authorization.
